Richard J. Wadas, FACEP

Richard J. Wadas, MD, FACEP, is the President and Chief Medical Officer of ERMI. Dr. Wadas attended UMDNJ – Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and completed his emergency medicine residency at the University Health Center of Pittsburgh. He is board-certified in emergency medicine, sub-specialty board-certified in emergency medical services, and holds an academic appointment at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He is also the Associate Director of the Advanced Airway Management Course at the Peter Winter Institute for Education, Research, and Simulation. Dr. Wadas joined ERMI in 2001 as a staff physician at UPMC Passavant and also served as Director of Emergency Medicine at Jameson Hospital. He has most recently held the position of Chairman of the Department of Emergency Medicine at UPMC Shadyside. In addition to this, he maintains his position as the Associate Regional Medical Director for the Emergency Medical Services Institute.

Richard Heath Richard Heath, MD, is the Assistant Chief Medical Officer and Compliance Officer for ERMI. He is    board-certified in emergency medicine and previously served as Medical Director, Emergency Services at UPMC Braddock. Dr. Heath received his medical degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He has completed an internal medicine residency in Buffalo and an emergency medicine residency at West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV.
Frank Farone, DO, MPH, FACOI

Frank Farone, DO, MPH, FACOI, is the Chief of Hospitalist Services for the ERMI Hospitalist Program. Dr. Farone also serves as the Co-Medical Director of the Hospitalist Program at Jameson Hospital. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Shenango Valley Medical Center in Farrell, PA, and is board-certified in internal medicine.

Dr. Bret Rosenblum

Bret Rosenblum, MD, is the Chief of Urgent Care Services for ERMI. He also serves as Site Director for the Natrona, Robinson, Franklin, and McCandless sites. Dr Rosenblum is Board Certified in Family Medicine, and graduated from Jefferson Medical College. He completed his residency at Latrobe Area Hospital. Dr. Rosenblum has been working as a physician since 1993.

Russell Meyers

Russell Meyers, MBA is the EM/ERMI Executive Administrator. He is responsible for overseeing ERMI's overall program operations. Mr. Meyers earned a master's degree in business administration from Robert Morris University and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Michigan State University.
